Eligibility:
The customer is eligible to request RMA if he/she meets the following criteria.
- RMA can be requested within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
- RMA cannot be requested for an item to which any defect or damage is caused by the customer.
- An unauthorized return is strictly unacceptable.
- If we receive the item damaged due to any reasons during the transit, the return will become unacceptable and the customer may need to open a claim with the shippers.
- Returns after 3 days of receiving the RMA will nullify the eligibility.
- Heavy or oversized items are ineligible to be returned through this channel, please email Contact Support for assistance with the returns of oversized items.
- Used items cannot be returned or replaced.
